Product Packaging
Customer orders will be placed on cards or in bags and carefully wrapped prior to shipment. We take special care to protect your product from damage during shipping time. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or returns of products damaged during shipment. Insurance is available.
Product Shipment
Most orders ship within 2 business days.
Custom creations, tutus and tees within 7-10 days.
Some cfustom requests may take a bit longer.
Items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
Shipping Rates:
$ .01 - $25.00 is $3.00
$25.01 - $50.00 is $5.00
$50.01 - $75.00 is $7.00
$75.01 - $100.00 is $10.00
Shipping is free for all retail orders over $100.00 (excludes wholesale orders)
*Please be sure to check your shipping address for any errors! Returned orders will incurr a separate shipping charge.
Please specify the shipping address with payment. If no address is provided we will use the default address provided on your check or here in the site checkout system.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the fact that our items are custom and/or handmade we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your product so if there is an error on our part or something that needs to be corrected please contact us to discuss it further. If you are unsure about a color, sizing or need any other information, please be sure to contact us prior to purchasing.
Custom Orders
We understand how difficult it can be to find the perfect gift or accessory. We carry fabrics, notions and ribbon in thousands of colors, textures and styles. Just email us with your special request and we'll try to set something up for you.
Sold OUT?
Maybe not! We may just be making more. When you see "sold out" it simply means we are creating more to post in the near future.
Items marked "limited quantity" will sell out. Be sure to pick these up while you still can!
